We had an appointment at 10:30, but didn’t get seen until 11:20.

My appointment was at 3pm we did not get seen until 340pm. I ask at 330 if I should reschedule, they said it will be just a few more mins. My son was suppose to have a check up, xrays and a cleaning. He got the xrays, but the office manager interrupted the Tech, and then the tech left, she left my son in the chair with a decline. Nothing was said. I saw the tech go and tend to another PT, another tech came in said another/ different tech will be in a few minutes. We already been there close to 2 hours. It was horrible. No communication half a cleaning and we did not see a dentist. WTH. I will be calling my INS to cancel payment.

Very professional atmosphere and nice facilities. I am happy I changed service providers! Dr. Berk discussed treatment and answered questions. I would recommend Lil Teeth By Oloph for pediatric patients.

Wonderful professionals & staff. Very attentive to pediatric dentistry needs of children. Usual long weights and crowded waiting rooms have changed to only one family before us and seen within 10 minutes of landing. Great job turning things around in the waiting room!!

Unfortunately, our experience was not positive as the dentist was discourteous to my child, increasing her anxiety by forcing her to sit on her hands. Additionally, our previous appointment was cancelled without notice due to a missed confirmation text, and scheduling a new appointment will require another three-month wait. As a result, we will be changing dentists promptly.
