They fail to give you a call the day before to remind you of your appointment so us parents who are always on the go forget then I received a text message saying I failed to make it to his appointment I literally forgot I scheduled it over a year ago and you can't be bothered by a simple phone call to remind someone of their upcoming appointment. I'm going else where with my son.

Made an appointment, waited weeks, got all the information filled out only to be told when we got there that they no longer accept that insurance. It was still on their website and at no point during the making an appointment or filling out the information was that brought up. They said they need to "update their website" because they haven't taken that insurance for months. So definitely will not be going back.

This place has been awful to deal with. I have been ACTIVELY trying to reschedule my appointment for a week now, and every time I call within normal business hours, the answering machine says the office is closed and it send me to the AI person, who doesnt help at all. I tried texting, nobody answers. The wait time when we went here previously with my 1 year old was a long wait, I think it took 45 minutes to see the dentist. Its just not worth it to me and I dont recommend this place either.
