Great staff!

While the staff were nice, the wait time was absolutely horrendous. Our appointment was scheduled for 3pm. We arrived at 245pm. We weren't seen until almost 430pm. It was ridiculous and I had to keep asking when we'd actually be seen. Sorry but if I was to show up even 15 minutes late, y'all would turn me away so it's ridiculous to think that any office would consider this wait time acceptable. My time is just as important as yours. If y'all fell that far behind, you should've started calling patients ahead of time to see if any of us were willing to reschedule.

We’ve been coming here with our kids for a while and overall have had a good experience. The staff is friendly and the kids have always been comfortable with the office. My only frustration is that routine cleanings consistently take close to 2 hours, which feels like a very long time for a basic cleaning, especially with two kids. At our most recent visit, both kids also mentioned that their cleanings felt rougher than usual and both experienced some bleeding afterward, which was concerning to me. I’m sharing this because we’ve otherwise had a positive experience and would love to continue coming here. I just hope the cleaning process can be a little more efficient and gentle going forward.
