They change the insurance they accept every 6 months that we’ve come there pretty much without fail. Every other time, I’d been notified through text and by phone call that they changed the insurance they accept. This time, after the service had already been done, and I was home, they informed me I would be charged. I asked “do you not run the insurance to check prior to the appointment?” They said “we do but don’t know how we missed it”. They said themselves said they DIDNT send out a message at all this time. They told me I’d get a call from the doctor, that didn’t happen. When I called back, the took back the statement saying they didn’t send a message to alert about the change (which again, they DIDNT) and also twisted it around saying the never said I’d get a call from the doctor. Legally, I’m on the hook for it, unfortunately. Morally, this is not professional and will NOT be coming here again.

Great place but the wait time is crazy I’m currently sitting here since 1:15 and still haven’t been called in appt time is 1:30 currently 2:17 unbelievable

They fail to give you a call the day before to remind you of your appointment so us parents who are always on the go forget then I received a text message saying I failed to make it to his appointment I literally forgot I scheduled it over a year ago and you can't be bothered by a simple phone call to remind someone of their upcoming appointment. I'm going else where with my son.
