They leave a lot to be desired. It's really unfortunate how little empathy or concern they show for parents and children being that they service pediatric patients. We set them up as our primary dentist and my daughter needed work done. It was about an hour before we were seen for the appointment after which we were told she needed to go elsewhere for sedation. We found the recommendated place in Tampa and had the work done there. The whole process was very traumatic for my daughter as she is 3. I was concerned post surgery that there may an issue with her healing, so I called Lil Teeth by Olaf as it is her Primary dentist so they could perform a stand exam...after which if there was an issue we could discuss treatment- they showed no concern and FLAT refused to see my daughter even tho we offered to pay outside insurance bc it was more than the standard twice a year visit. It's news to me that dental establishments or any establishment for that matter will just refuse to see their patients when they have an issue. Please don't go here! Spare yourself the headache, heartache, and hassle.

The staff is very nice, however, every time we go in for just a simple cleaning, we wait for over an hour. Yesterday we waited 1.5 hours. Something needs to change with the scheduling.

Office staff was very friendly and communicated well with myself and child. Staff explained everything to my child that she would be having done which was amazing as she was nervous about her visit with the dentist. Facility was clean. Office was very punctual with appointment time we waited approximately five minutes.

This place is a rip off! They’re always saying “cant verify insurance” when its close to the appointment date. They seem to want to charge people out of pocket instead. The staff are all over the place no one cam give a straight answer! Dont waste your time here! There are far better places than this hole!
