Absolutely so unprofessional I called about my daughters tooth hurting her and wanted them to look at it or possibly pull it mind you we have been with them for a couple years now…instead they want to give her antibiotics with out even seeing the tooth and continues to tell me it’s infected and she needs antibiotics don’t ever take your kids here most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with Update- I took my daughter to Spring Hill Pediatric Dentistry + Orthodontics they where amazing got us in quickly when I explained to them what happened with lil teeth what a great doctor!! my daughter didnt have an infection and no need for antibiotics always stand by your kids don’t just give them antibiotics with out being seen by a doctor first!
