Brought my son here for his first dentist visit. He is a good kid but very wary of strangers, which I still see as a plus. We waited longer than we were actually in the office, he would not let anyone look in his mouth or touch it. So they referred us to a surgical dentist. However, This is not what I have a problem with My issue is after not even touching my child, this office submitted multiple claims to his insurance, including 2 evaluations, a cleaning, brushing instruction, and fluoride! They literally never touched him and his insurance had no idea and paid some of the claims out, so when the surgical dentist made the claims for things they actually did, they got denied because it’s within 6 months. I have reported this fraudulent activity to our insurance and urge anyone else who visits this office to make sure they aren’t placing claims for services they didn’t render.
