I’m so grateful to have found this office, Dr. Berk and her amazing staff. My initial phone call was easy as can be, insurance accepted, a couple questions answered and appointment set. I filled out all the paperwork online from home ahead of the appointment which is an excellent way to do it. The waiting room is large, very clean and full of legos for the kids to play with. My 4 and 1.5 year old children were (shockingly) comfortable and happy to be seen for cleanings. Everyone was so patient and sweet with them. I was able to be in the room and holding their hands for both the cleanings and another appointment for a cavity filling. I’m truly impressed with their loving care given to my children. I will say that we did have a bit of a wait time to be seen. It is best to make an appointment for a day/time that you are able to be as patient with them as they are with your child. I promise it’s worth the wait to see them. Update 2 years later 03/2022: My kids (6 & 4 y/o) LOVE going to the dentist. They get so excited and this is truly a testament to the care they receive from the staff at every visit. Some things have changed since Covid happened and my last review; the legos are gone out of precaution and at times we’ve waited in our vehicle until it’s their turn but none of that affects our experience. The place is immaculate and the staff is very good about not cross-contaminating as they work. We are so grateful for LTO! Everything is streamlined, they use online paperwork updates and consent forms. Appointment scheduling is super easy and done well in advance for their next appointments before we even leave the office. They typically run really close to “on-time” unlike most other busy medical offices. Thank you to everyone at LTO for being amazing.
