We had a really hard time finding a good, local dentist that sees children and we're so glad to find Lil Teeth. They let parents back in the rooms for every step of the process, which I love.

My 5yr old son was really scared to go to the dentist after a bad experience at Cobb dental. The staff at Lil' Teeth by Oloph were so understanding. They took time to explain what they planned on doing and then asked what he was scared about. My son was able to relax and allowed Dr. Berk to examine his teeth. I'm so grateful for their kindness, patience and amazing bedside manner". As we got into our car, my son turned to me and said, "mommy I really like my new dentist. She's really nice". Thank you a million times!

Since I cannot reply to the answer I received from my previous review by lil teeth I will respond here! I was in the exam room with my child the entire time! Not once was it mentioned that extra xrays or whatever the case was were going to cost me 75 dollars! I mailed a payment in just so you all wouldnt send to collections, but I also included a letter and figured you guys would respond with a phone call to discuss, but NOPE! nothing! Which is why i will not be returning! We have been to the dentist probably 5 times before we came to you and all of a sudden we are getting charged for things! I found that quite amusing!

No stars - I was forced to pick 1 star in order to post this. I recently took my 8 yr old grandson to this practice for cleaning & checkup. The hygienist who cleaned his teeth never called him by his name, calling him 'buddy' & 'bud'. She initially applied plaque disclosing substance to his teeth then proceeded to clean without showing him what she was doing. I suggested he be shown the plaque to better understand what she was doing. I took a mirror out of my purse to show him when someone from the next cubicle stepped in to offer a hand mirror. She did not floss his teeth as part of the cleaning process nor did she speak to him about dental hygiene. The cleaning took about 20 minutes from start to finish. When the Dr. stepped in to examine his teeth she also did NOT speak to him about dental hygiene. No mention of better brushing technique & regular habits, no mention of floss at all. I was surprised at the lack of dialogue between the staff, including the Dr. & my grandson. You would think that this would be a perfect opportunity to teach a child about good dental habits. Supposedly this service costs $300 (a ridiculous #) but my daughter paid a $44 'discount fee'. The cost of the visit was $180 so altogether the cost of my grandson's cleaning was $244! This much for about 30 minutes of time spent by staff & Dr & I feel it was an inadequate cleaning. Sorry, we won't be back.
