TERRIBLE experience! The front office staff was so rude - I had a private circumstance with my daughter and the front office staff was so loud about it that the other patients were turning around in their seats and listening. The waiting area is so small and it was so packed - I was completely embarassed. I didn't even let my daughter be seen by the dentist. I'll be telling all of my friends and family about this incident and encouraging them not to bring their children there. Never again.

Love Dr. Berk and her staff! They are kind, patient, and very professional. My kids love going there, and I truly appreciate being able to stay with them during cleanings and procedures.
