I strongly urge anyone considering this pediatric dentist to think twice. I originally chose this office because we had recently moved to the area and our insurance recommended them. My first visit should have been a red flag. The morning of our appointment, after I had already taken the day off, they called to cancel due to an internal insurance error, even though I had provided all the necessary information well in advance. After expressing my frustration, they managed to fit us in later that same day, but the visit felt rushed and chaotic. Still, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They told me both of my kids had multiple cavities and immediately scheduled a follow-up visit without disclosing that the out-of-pocket cost would be nearly $1,000. Thankfully, I noticed it myself in the paperwork. I ended up changing insurance to reduce the copay and called the office to confirm they accepted my new plan. They told me they would verify once I submitted additional paperwork, which I did right away. No one followed up with me. Almost a month passed before I had to call them back, and once again, they admitted they had dropped the ball. When we finally got the appointment confirmed, I made all the necessary arrangements. I got time off work, which is very difficult with my job, and my mother canceled her own appointment to come help. The office had clearly confirmed our visit, and insurance, and reminded me that a second adult was needed since both kids could not be in the back at the same time. But when I arrived today, prepared and on time, they told me the appointment had been canceled. I was completely shocked. They tried to claim they sent a confirmation message via text, but I received no such communication. I even showed them the last confirmation text I had received (which was from March). Still, they took no accountability and acted like this was somehow my fault. Then they tried adding that I never updated my insurance when I had provided all of my information via their forms before we even booked a new appointment. When I voiced how frustrating the situation was, they showed no empathy whatsoever. Their only solution was to reschedule. After everything I had done to prepare, I politely declined and explained that I would likely be leaving the practice. Their response was, "Just let us know where to send your paperwork." No apology. No compassion. Just a dismissive attitude like I was just another number. This office is completely unprofessional. They are disorganized, unaccountable, and show zero concern for the families they are supposed to serve. Their repeated mistakes caused major inconvenience and emotional stress. I left the office in tears and will never return. Avoid this place at all costs.
