I’ve been taking my two children here for some time, and while the staff is polite once you’re finally seen, the wait times are absolutely unacceptable. Every single appointment takes at least an hour just to get called back, sometimes even longer. What’s worse is they’ll call and ask us to come in earlier, only to make us wait just as long. They are never on schedule, and it feels like they overbook without regard for patients’ time. The care itself is fine, but the lack of respect for scheduling makes the entire experience frustrating and exhausting.

The staff is wonderful they had my four year old daughter laughing and she thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience! The office is very clean and the doctors are kind and professional. Thank you for going above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. 💗

Place is nice here but this is second time we been here and my sons appointment is at 1030 and it's 11:05 am and still haven't even been called I see why this place has bad reviews .. do better and be responsible for your patients that need to be seen and that are in on time people don't like their time wasted sitting for long periods waiting for they child to be seen !

This office doesn’t see patients on time, and will decline to see patients that are late. Even if you come early, they will not see you early. For clients only coming every 6 months, expect to wait after your scheduled appointment time.
