The doctor is a big bully, the office girls don't know their left from their right. Wait time is unbelievable, even with early morning appointments. We came in for our 6 month cleaning but the doctor insists on more x-rays on a teen that never had a cavity in his entire life and had x-rays in this office 6 months ago. Doctor had an aggressive demeanor and said, "This is not good, go somewhere else." What's not good? Your office management and low quality human conveyer belt operation is what's not good. This is not communist Russia, unnecessary radiation is not a good choice for my family. This is a factory-like run operation in the middle of nowhere, no oversight and no quality care.

I have good things and some bad things to say about this place. They never call you back. Their excuse is always they have been having problems with their phones. It has been every appointment, they have problems with thier phone. I have asked for a doctor's note. They handed me a bunch of stuff and later I realized no doctors note. They text me for conformation of appointment the day before and requested I respond by 3:30. Reasonable for some people who always have their phones, but I work in a facility where I am not allowed to have my phone at all. I get off at 5:30. They tell you when the next appointment is they don't ask when it is convenient for everyone. Other than that the staff was really friendly. Dr. B was amazing with my baby girl... still waiting for that call back though. I read all the reviews before coming here. All I have to say is most of them are accurate. Their response from them try to cover it up.

Dr. B is amazing, she really cares about her patients and she is excellent with my child. However, the clinic policies are insane and need to be changed. The only way they confirm appointments is via text message, so I guess if you don’t have a cellphone you’re screwed? And even if you DO confirm an appointment via the text response (which I have proof of), they still cancel your appointment and then they don’t inform you that it’s been cancelled. So you pull your kid out, cancel with your morning patients, only to discover it was a waste of time. Not to mention, staff acts as if it is your fault, when there was clearly an issue with the system they use. Fix this, it’s ridiculous. Every other doctors or dental office has an option for you to be reached by phone to confirm appointments, not sure why this office is so difficult.
