My 9yo said it was clean and nice he liked the stickers all over the rooms the only thing he didn’t like was zero flavor toothpaste during the process he said he was really nasty and sandy.

At first we loved the office then the dr tried to force a procedure onmy sons baby teeth that was not needed when we Declined they scheduled anyways in which I cancelled. Go back for the next appt and dad brings them, again they try this and have him schedule which I did not find out about till I get a message to confirm appt. I called to verify what this was for I finally received a call back 2 days later to inform me. When told I would like to cancel the appointment the lady on the phone got very rude and hung up. Weeks later I have now received a letter in the mail informing me we have been “discharged from the practice due to not following their plans and cancelled appts”. Last time I checked I was the parent and choose what procedures my minorchild has and pay for! I would not ever recommend this office to anyone again. Long waits and rude staff are just the beginning.

Everyone from the front office to the dental team and Dentist, all have always been very helpful and friendly.

Terrible communication. After asking more then once if the Drs had everything from them we were sent 2 hrs away and the office didn't do there job the Dr didn't have all the information. Had to do it for them and had to reschedule the appt 2 hrs away. Called them and they don't know what to tell me. Drove to them for an appt that they canceled because there was no confirmation I didn't get a confirmation I just got the COVID quesionair but here again a waste of time driving an hr to there office. I walked out and WONT Go Back. I could go on but clearly there's A LOT of Wasted TIME with THEM. Best of Luck to others I don't like my time wasted. By the way if you cared for your customers you'd Treat them like you cared GET It Together, just a number HERE.
