The doctor and staff are incredibly patient and professional. While I was waiting in the lobby for my appointment, there was a family that was yelling at their staff because they wouldn’t allow both parents back with their kids when they specifically put that in their reminder text messages. The parent was cursing at the front desk staff in the lobby where my child was sitting. When I went back, everyone was very kind and the doctor was so patient with my daughter. It was her first time at the dentist, and they took their time to make her comfortable which took a little longer considering what she just witnessed. I don’t mind the wait to get called back because when it’s your child that is having a hard time, they don’t rush you out of the door to see other patients; they take the extra time to calm them down which I appreciate. The front desk is also very kind and welcoming. I’d absolutely recommend coming here.

Customer service is lacking, to say the least. Our experience was absolutely awful - we will not ever return or recommend this practice. After writing a review directly to the office, my next appointment was cancelled and I was never notified. I drove 20 min to the appointment to learn they cancelled it on my behalf. Front desk staff needs major training in politeness and just basic customer service skills.
