The whole staff and doctor were so sweet to my son for his first dentist visit. He actually enjoyed going to the dentist! They are great with kids, doctor seemed very knowledgeable.

Absolutely horrible dentist. I have been going to these people for about a year maybe a little more but every single time I come I have to wait an hour plus past my appointment time. They over book the patients and it’s absolutely ridiculous. The staff “Amy” is rude as well. Only 1 parent is allowed in the room per family and I have 4 children. They “Amy” was rude and obnoxious about it to the point she said “we will not see her if she is not seen now” while I was trying to sit with my other “young” children while they were being seen. They even told my husband that he can’t wait in the lobby while the children were being seen. To edit and reply to your response…..You did NOT handle my issue before I left the office as my 3 year old had to sit by herself as I was juggling back and forth with my other children.

Let’s talk convince, they call us every six months to make give us our appointment dates (not asking me or my wife what’s the best time for us) and getting them to change it and work with you is like pulling teeth (no pun intended, seriously it’s painful). If they book for 10:00am you’ll be seen around 12:00, so have an open schedule for that day. The office makes the appointment times and should know how busy they are for a given day and schedule accordingly, but they don’t. The office itself is small and there is only one dentist. They constantly “forget” to email me or my wife the correct paperwork so there is always paperwork when you get there, so if you’re under the impression it’s all filled out it’s not. If you have more than one child only one parent can go back with the kids at a time, so there’s one, two, or three kids that are going through their procedure with no parent in the room with them.
