Didn’t even get me in. Waited in the office for over 30 mins. Clearly over booked and terrible service

Today was the 2nd time I had to wait 2+ hours to be seen... They over consistently and do nothing but make excuses for it. The dentist is great. However if she and her husband want a successful business they NEED to get their scheduling together. If that means seeing less patients in a day so be it. The ladies at the counter are a bit rude. I will be finding another dentist.

I brought my grandson to Dr.Madeline Burk today and was so impressed on how wonderful and caring the staff and Dr were with Hunter.The office is beautiful and is definitely all about kids.To my surprise Dr.Lars Burk and I worked together for 4 1/2 yrs at another office.He was honest and a fantastic dentist.It was fabulous seeing him and meeting Dr.Madaline .I have been in dentistry for over 45 years so I feel I can say this is a great place to bring your children and grandchildren.I highly recommend Lil' Teeth by Oloph...
