All 3 of my kids had the best experience here. Dr Berk was very patient and thorough with all of them. Wanda was amazing in helping us get all the work scheduled even though we were on a time crunch. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Best pediatric dentist in Spring Hill.

This is our honest review of our experience today at LTO. Pros: -Very clean office, super organized and minimalist without a bunch of junky toys. -Easy going scheduling services -Local Our experience: “WE MUST SEND YOUR 3YR OLD UNDER SEDATION FOR AN X-RAY BECAUSE SHE DIDN’T SIT STILL ON OUR FIRST TRY”. - We brought our three-year-old daughter for a checkup and we arrived there exactly on the time our schedule was and we got seen about an hour later. We tried explaining to front desk that we have our next appointment to go to and that were wondering why it’s taking so long and she tried to convince us that our appointment was later although we had in written the automated text messages saying the opposite. We were given the typical copy pasted answer that we already noticed on every single negative review given by other patients. Once our turn came we were greeted by a female dentist (B) and she was absolutely amazing despite the “hurry up stressful vibe the office had”, she was very patient with our scared daughter and asked for an X-Ray to be completed in order to have a full picture. We were moved into the other room with a ?nurse? who was supposed to do an X-Ray. This is where things went down… She asked me to leave in the hallway and wait and my three years old daughter started crying (hello! ) and she immediately just something along the lines “Nope, not gonna happen, if shes not letting us do the X-Ray she wont let us do the procedure”, and picked up her stuff and said she has to be sent to a specialist who will SEDATE her in order to get her X-Ray as she is not willingly allowing them to, and that the little cavity she got has to be done under sedation. Honestly, I froze, I couldn’t say anything as I was shocked how cold and uncooperative she was with my little girl, I have never had anyone in medical field treat my child like that… It took me few moments and I said to her that it was unacceptable what she was saying, I offered to hold my daughter and ask for an X-Ray safety vest and she immediately said “NOPE” its not safe, which even she did not have a safety vest…. I tried kindly to tell her that she is rushing and that putting a 3 year old under sedation is not a solution and that it has way more side effects and she kept interrupting and saying that’s the only way. I picked up my daughter and left and honestly cried like a little kid on our way home. My daughter said I don’t want to go to dentist they are so mean mom, and honestly that is a weight and responsibility that I would hate to have on me if I was a medical. This is our experience and we will not be going back, as a matter of fact we disputed our insurance with them and explained to them how we were treated and the trauma that my daughter had to go through and we will not be going back in. Sorry LTO, you really need to take into consideration the long term effect you have on the other majority of your clients. Train your staff in kindness and reminder that to them the kids are only a number but to the kids they are a long bearing memory. I am very sad that I chose you to be the first dental experience to my daughter. You just don’t throw a 3 year old under sedation for X ray. Sorry, no way.
