Loved them at first, dentist and there assistance are very nice. Waited an 1hr 15 mins for a 10 min visit. They said that we didn't come from our appointment through their text messaging system. Which we did confirm at three times and did the paperwork. So they need to figure out something else. Because if you don't even confirm and press one though cancel your appointment immediately. I don't mean like give you a little bit of time I mean you don't have much time you need to confirm it or they cancel it. But I confirmed it three times even show the lady at the front my text message and still had to wait. We're probably not going to return. So I'm editing my comment because literally you're responding say thank you for your nice words and everything. When I'm not happy. That just makes me think a robot answers everyone's reviews to thank them for their visit. I just called this is August 26th to get information about my kids teeth and to talk to a manager. No one has contacted me no one has sent any information to me and her visit was August 8th. Then when I asked about talking to a manager or someone and she said is there any other concern that you have other than the time you waited. Does it matter what the problem is I still want to talk to a manager. Even if it's just a vent why wouldn't you let me speak to one. Do not have one or you just don't care? Unless the manager wants to call back an apologize for being very rude over something that I had no idea about. Yelling at me and hanging up on me is not okay regardless of the situation. And you know what I forgive her because obviously she's going through a lot and she probably needs some more personal time to stay home. Hopefully she sees this because I can't get a hold of the place because I think they're intentionally not answering their phone for me. So I hope she feels good and I she made me feel bad all day long for something that had nothing to do with her. And since the lady at the counter went ahead and just said oh you want your records I'll just send them to your email for you even though I never asked for them. I probably will never return here. Make sure you confirm your appointment because if you don't confirm it then they won't let you go to your appointment. Even though I confirmed my appointment three times and did the paperwork. You might as well just go ahead and call them if you can even get a hold of them to make sure that your appointments even there. As far as the dentist go they're great. But I wouldn't wait an hour and 15 minutes to have a 15-minute appointment and then wait from August 8th to August 26th 27th to find out any information about your kids teeth. I will probably go on and on because I have a couple more things but I'm just going to leave it where it's at right now because I'm venting. Considering I wasn't able to vent to the manager.

This is a wonderful place!!! I used to go to the Family dental of Ocala and they gave me such anxiety! Not a friendly place! But this place made me want to cry because it was such a friendly environment and staff. A the dentist was kind and understanding. Will recommend this establishment to everyone!

Do not take your children here!!!! They will tell you one thing and then another when you come in for an appointment. You don’t even see the same doctor. It’s a different one each time. They don’t pay attention to consent forms. I signed NO on one and they didn’t even look at it. I had to tell them I declined and needed a new consent and treatment plan. This office must pay their employees very poorly because they act like they don’t know how to do their jobs or treat patients in a timely manner.
