The interactions between the assistant and DR with the kids is great. My issue is scheduling. I had an appointment for my son, received a confirmation text with attached files to fill out prior to the appointment which I completed and submitted. Upon arrival I was told his appointment had been canceled due to no response, but they would “squeeze me in”. I understand the convenience of the text but it should not be required to keep an appointment. I filed the forms as needed. The other issue I had was one of the upfront ladies came back and rushed the assistant working with my son and was rude about it. I know things need to be done in a timely manner but my son was having some complications because he’s on the younger side. We wouldn’t have needed to be rushed had they not canceled his appointment anyways. Better communication is needed, not just through text.

This office requires forms to be filled out before you can schedule an appointment. You fill them out, make an appointment. And then they still ask for more forms to be filled out once you get there. On top of that they bring my kids back almost 40 minutes after their new patient’s appointments were supposed to start. And didn’t tell us anything or communicate just makes excuses when I had to ask them. At this point it’s worth driving to a bigger city for quality care.

I was so impressed how patient the whole staff was with my four year old. They explained everything and made sure he was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The facility is extremely clean and had such a fun atmosphere.
