Initial visit with this office and staff. From the first phone call, to setting up the kids prior to the appointment, the morning of the appointment, and throughout everything the staff was great. Helpful, knew what they needed of me as the parent, explained everything I had questions on, and made the experience one that makes me feel good about returning with my kids for their dental care. Andrea was phenomenal with the kids, very sweet personality, made the kids feel comfortable the entire time, explained and told them what she was going to do before doing it, and you can tell that she really enjoys her what she does and loves kids. The dr was very nice as well, answered my questions, and was thorough. As is typical of every medical office, initial wait time leaves room for improvement but once you are taken back, time is not wasted nor does the experience feel rushed nor as if things are forgotten. The staff is well trained in what they need to do.
