We had a wonderful experience at Lil’ Teeth by Oloph with our 1.5-year-old. The doctor and our assistant were both fantastic—so patient and gentle, which made the visit stress-free for both us and our little one. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, creating a positive environment that’s perfect for young children. Highly recommend!

My son had an appointment at 3:30 we arrived at 3:21 . When I arrived there was only 1 patient ahead of us . At 4:15 we were still sitting in the front never been takin back or told they were running behind .I go to the desk and ask what's going on and all I was told was that they were going to come get us in about 10 minutes.....15 min go by then they come get us take us back to only make us wait longer so at 4:37 we left because I had to get my other child off the bus at 5 and we were still sitting in the office by ourselves 7 min down the road someone calls and say they were looking for us I said all of this to say this. This office sucks with communication had I known they were 1hour behind I would not of driven 37 min there i could of rescheduled 😒.......Great dentist I think but customer service and communication sucks ..when we left no one even knew, its like we were in there by ourselves. And of course I wasn't able to get my son off of the bus in time so now I have to go wait at the school to get him so yeah I'm a little upset they just need better communication that's all.....

I will no longer be taking my children here. Some of the staff are kind, genuinely. The front desk staff need training in customer service and communication. They need a new confirmation system. Not exactly sure why calling patients to confirm the day before is so hard for companies. Depending on a text messages in my opinion is ridiculous, even though it’s 2024. A few times the confirmation didn’t even go through. Our latest appointment that was canceled without me being notified was the last straw. The wait time is ridiculous, especially with the temperature they keep the place, hot! After most times being over an hour wait time. Just for cleanings to be completed in 10-15mins. I have 4 kids that are seen and have to split appointments because they wouldn’t allow me to schedule all 4 on the same day. Annoying.
